Mata air ini digunakan warga sehari-hari sebagai sumber air serta pengairan. Mata air ini juga memiliki banyak mitos yang melatarbelakangi hingga dikeramatkan oleh penduduk desa tersebut. Suatu ketika karena debitnya yang besar mata air ini diminati oleh sebuah perusahaan air minum mineral namun ditentang keras oleh warga. Konflik semakin ramai ketika seorang warga suatu hari secara mengejutkan menemukan sebuah keris dan lele putih besar di dalam umbul. Seluruh desa pun menjadi gempar.

In a village on the hill of a mountain, there is a spring that became the source of villagers life. The villagers use the water for their daily needs including irrigation. However, there are so many myths underlying this spring, it brings enough reasons for the villagers to sanctify it. Because of its large discharge, a mineral drinking water company one day intends to make use of it but the villagers strongly disagree with the idea. The conflict between them turns into a whole new level when a villager surprisingly finds a kris and a giant white catfish in that spring.
